Calcutta High Court Order and case status

I, Chandan Kumar Dan, appeared in ugc net june 2012 in political science. I got 61.14% in aggregate and 64%, 56% & 62.67% in p-I, p-II &p-III, accordingly. But as I have not declared as qualified, I filed write petition to the high court of Calcutta. Now it is in pending status under division bench.

Heard the learned advocates for the parties.Upon hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties, I am of the view that there is a scope of investigation in the matter. Accordingly, the application is admitted.The respondents may file affidavit-in-opposition by four weeks hence and reply, if any, thereto two weeks thereafter.
Let the matter appear in the list after six weeks for hearing.As regards interim order, upon due consideration of the materials on record, I am of the view that if any decision is taken in regard to the matter referred in prayer (e) at page no. 18 of the writ petition, such decision shall abide by the result of this writ application.
